When two big rescue organizations work together, a lot of amazing things can happen. Stray Rescue of St.Louis and Five Acres Animal Shelter teamed up to rescue 14 dogs in Southern Missouri.
Rescuing 14 dogs is not an easy feat. That is why these organizations worked hand in hand to save these canines.
People from these organizations could have said no to the rescue, especially since 14 dogs are a lot. Fortunately, they did not do that.
No rescue is too big if rescuers work together. They even had to drive for hours just to get to the dogs.
All 14 canines lacked medical care. They also have mange and dental issues.
One dog may have multiple health issues. That’s what the rescuers from these organizations want to address.
They want to make sure that all of these dogs get the attention they need. The rescuers decided between themselves which dog goes to which shelter.
Once all the dogs were assigned to a shelter, they were loaded to the vehicles. They were on their way to their temporary homes.
There, each canine will be given the medical care that they need. All of them need extensive care, and that’s what they are getting. The rescuers are making sure that they will be well taken care of.
Once their health has improved, they will be up for adoption. That’s when another journey will start for them. They will soon find their forever family.
Because two groups of people worked together, the lives of these 14 dogs are forever changed. The rescued dogs now have a bright future ahead of them, and they get a chance to belong to a family.
These rescuers changed the lives of these animals. They should truly be proud of themselves.
