A kind woman was driving one day when she came across a construction site. As she was passing by, she noticed that there were about ten puppies in the area with no caretakers. The woman was worried about the dogs because it was January. January is known to have very harsh weather, and it could get cold, especially at night. This kind woman reached out to a group of rescuers who she knows could help the dogs. The rescuers urgently responded and went to the said construction site. Instead of ten dogs, the rescuers saw 11 puppies and the mother dog. When they arrived, the dogs greeted them as if they were waiting for the rescuers to come to get them. Most of them were friendly. The dogs could not stop licking the rescuers. The rescuers loaded the puppies to the car as the mother dog hesitantly looked on. It didn’t take long for the mother canine to join them. The dogs were then brought to a place where the rescuers built some dog houses. The rescuers made sure that they are all comfortable in their new homes. All the dogs were checked by a doctor as well to get a clearance. Their potential families are waiting for them abroad. Once they received clearance, the cute canines had a photoshoot. This was to be used in processing their passports. Once everything was ready, the puppies were all set to travel. In just two weeks, all of the dogs were adopted, which made the rescuers very happy. The kind woman who reported about them was pleased as well that all of them were safe. The dogs do not have to sleep under a shed anymore. They were sure that from that day forward, they would be sleeping on a warm and safe bed.Source Love Furry Friends – Rescue Channel via YouTube
So you want to know more about me, eh? Well, I am a Canadian, husband, and father of two young men.
I would say boys but they are not really “boys” anymore. They are 19 and 17. But they will always be my little ones. :-)
And, of course, we also have a dog. He is an Affenpinscher. Also affectionately known as a Monkey Dog.
His name is Monty. Yes, it is after Monty Python as he is a funny, crazy character.
Dogs have always been a part of my life. My parents started and owned a Dog and Cat boarding kennel just 20 minutes north of Victoria, on Vancouver Island, in British Columbia.
I started this website as a way to give back to the dog community. Which is full of many extraordinary dogs and owners doing many different and exciting things.
I hope you come back often to enjoy the wondrous stories I find.
Thank You for your time and interest.
